Payment:
Place the items you wish to order in your shopping trolley and follow instruction through to payment. We accept payment via Paypal, but don't worry you don't need to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque please get in touch with us via our contact form before placing your order.
Also if you live outside of the United Kingdom please contact us before making your purchase.
Delivery:
All of our prices include postage and packaging and the majority of our jewellery comes gift boxed (except the 'pop necklaces) making them the ideal present for someone special, or a well deserved treat for yourself. Items will be posted within 3-5 days of receipt of your order (providing payment has fully cleared) by first class recorded delivery which will require a signature. Please let us know if you wish to use a different delivery address.
Terms & Conditions:
All of our jewellery is pre-owned and loved (which just adds to it's appeal and charm), therefore any light wear is to be expected. Box Vintage will not sell items which are broken, have missing stones or (to our knowledge) carry non-genuine signatures.
If you receive an item which is not to your satisfaction simply return it to us (with all packaging) and a description of the reason for returning it (via e-mail is acceptable) within 5 days of receipt and we will refund you or arrange an exchange.
Box Vintage cannot refund postage costs on returned items and cannot be held responsible for any item lost in transit.
Privacy:
Box Vintage will never disclose your details to any third party, nor do we see your debit or credit card details at any time during a Paypal transaction.
